The core of my reaction is that your list of 'essential morality'
is ill defined. What is 'health care' and how does it relate to
'essential morality'? Is it immoral for me to not provide health
care for others? Is it immoral for me to open a women's hospital?
Is it immoral for me to treat people by discrimination on their
ability to pay? Is it immoral for me to prefer treatment of my
parents over treatment of others? What does this 'health care'
include? Does this include breast implant operations? Tatoo
removals? Plastic surgery for burns victims? Fertility treatment?

I could go on and on.

Why is it immoral not to have an aversion to something?
   What is 'consideration'?
Why is it immoral not to have a desire for something?
