   Health care is providing health.

   > Is it immoral for me to not provide health care for others?

   Of course.

   > Is it immoral for me to open a women's hospital?

Of course not, but it would be immoral no to organize adequate help to
someone in real need because he is no woman.

   > Is it immoral for me to treat people by discrimination on their
   > ability to pay?

   Of course.

   > Is it immoral for me to prefer treatment of my parents over treatment of
   others?
Of course not. It would be immoral however not to *desire* sufficent
opportunities for treatment, and make this choice obsolete.

   > What does this 'health care' include?

   Care for health

   > Does this include breast implant operations? Tatoo removals?

Of course No. No. No. I see no reason for those questions.

   > Plastic surgery for burns victims?

Can be an health isssue or not. Yes or no.

   > Fertility treatment?

   Of course not.

   > I could go on and on

But could you get near any proof that those esentials are vague?

   > Why is it immoral not to have an aversion to something & Why is it immoral
not to have a desire for something?

Because morality, in the view I presented, must be an active principle
if it ever can help to make daily life better (which is the only
humble ambition). It is not sufficient to abstain. You need to strive
for some things and against other things.
Because society is only viable if some practices are resolutely
rejected and other are impatiently wanted.

   > What is 'consideration'?

Sorry, 'thoughtful' is a better word.

Mind that this 'essential morality' is rather meant to be the defence
of a state of mind than a legal text.
