   ? how do you draw this conclusion?   
      
   putting someone to death after due process of law (trial by jury, appeal,   
   etc.) is perfectly acceptable to me, as long as it is just. obviously   
   fanatics and dictators aren't going to be just, as they would be most   
   likely irrational to some extent.   
      
   i didn't say condemning someone to death was okay, what i said was that   
   if you choose to do bad things and won't stop doing sufficiently bad   
   things, then you have chosen to forfeit the privilege of life.   
   life isn't a right, it's a privilege to me, kinda like driving a car.   
   you can do things, in my book, bad enough to give up that privilege.
