   Blacks do NOT have trouble acheiving.   
      
   Those raised in some cultures do have trouble.  The culture can be within   
   another culture or it can be in another nation or continent.

   The general and only tracing that MIGHT be done is to trace the western  and   
   near eaast cultures against the oriental or mid African cultures.  Very   
   little is taught about the FACT that all technical and unique advances have   
   come from what we might call the western culture, freedom culture,   
   capitalistic culture, Arab, Judeo, Christian culture.   
      
   Put a born into any of the above cultures a white, black, oriental and all   
   have an equal chance.  Put a white, black or oriental into another anti   
   western culture within the western culture and they still fail.   
      
   Yes, yes, yes many will say how Japan and China produce many good things.   
   EVERY ONE of those things was CREATED (INVENTED) elswhere.   
      
      
   Ham's decendants were still a "protected" tribe / race.
