   Doc Andy would be funny if he didn't up the signal to noise ratio in   
   useful groups such as sci.med.cardiology (which you'll notice I've not   
   included in this reply).  I suggest that anyone unfortunate enough to   
   encounter his posts takes him up on his offer to Internet Chat   
   http://tinyurl.com/cpayh and rant on about anything that takes their   
   fancy since that's what he's doing in the cardiology newsgroup.
