   I discussed a little about how our new government and society will be   
   set up, and how it will work. First off it will take us at the present   
   state of affairs of readyness and allertness, about 14,489 years to   
   bring the dyslexic menace to a halt given the level of public awareness   
   and readyness world wide. However, participation in my Vernacular Club   
   activities, to a large degree, and in my Religio Club activities by   
   women, and men, will help women, almost immediately, to get their brain   
   chemicals activated, and with that, after they reach the upper level of   
   attainment of peaceful mindness and sublime awareness, the point at   
   which they are charged fully with healthful energies swifting into   
   their braincase, that is packing into each and every cryipea, and   
   lighting them up, in a healthful glow, refreshing them all, and   
   clearing away the overhanging densities of old, drab, mindnumbming, and   
   useless, empty energies, with very little energetical charge to them,   
   and then flushed out as a result of the over charging of them, and this   
   applies to men, too, and then filled with life sustaining and renewing,   
   subliminalfied healthful spillage, their priorities become clearer, and   
   they realize more about who they are, and what their capabilities are.   
   Subliminalfied is regaining a healthy and energetic disposition in mind   
   and body after being exposed to the positive healthy radiating and   
   inerbating energies that are absorbed that refresh us and help us to   
   understand what our priorities are and what matters are of importance   
   to us, and what matters are not, and what matters are definitely out of   
   the question, as a normal, healthy human being, conducting life in a   
   normal healthy way, and then participating in society as an active,   
   productive, mindful, and aware, contributing member of society.   
   Inerbating means that the energies are absorbed by every Amoebe and   
   Amoebea, and their puppy cells, or their tinier cells, all the way to   
   the molecular structures that comprise and make up the Amoebe and   
   Amoebea and other energetical life forms that exist within our body   
   that help us survive. The inerbating energies begins the process of   
   tuning our mind and body up, and begins the process of recovery, to   
   aide us to begin restoring normative, or expected levels of energies in   
   our body, to continue living with a healthful attitude, full of   
   radiance. Radiance means, life giving and life facilitating lusterous,   
   or vibrantly healthful care and understanding for those members of   
   society around us, that we must be constantly aware of, and take every   
   effort to support and facilitate, leaving out no one. Our energie   
   levels rise, daily, as we participate in the activities of my   
   Vernacular Club and my Religio Club, especially in my Religio Club, and   
   the effects of our participatory activities begin to show them selves   
   in how we begin to relate to the members of our society around us, who   
   we must be mindful of at all times to provide them with the care and   
   texture of living that they deserve and need, and to help motivate them   
   in the direction of pariticipating with us in our Vernacular Club   
   activities, and in our Religio Club activities that will energize them   
   and begin to transform them and fill them with the life sustaining and   
   invigorating that they must have to lead a healthful and vigorous   
   lifestyle. As we participate, our energie levels go up, and we begin to   
   feel more and more capable of living positively, and doing what is   
   neccessary for us to achieve a normal balance of positivity in our   
   lives, and at the same time, we begin to realize what it is that we   
   need to do to eliminate the negativity all around us in our   
   environment, among our friends, and associates, and that is to help   
   them in any way possible, even if it means the person will be better   
   off in a jail cell, or better off in my Epcot Center or Flander's Field   
   House, of better off by having them take advantage of the current level   
   of developement of useful medicines for correcting them, while we keep   
   them incarcerated as a neccessary means for protecting them, and for   
   taking care of them, by putting them into a program and regimen of   
   twice or thrice, or more times a day, medicical intervention to affect   
   a change over the long run for their improved health. Persons who are   
   totally out of control, and have no way of receiving assistance, due to   
   our lack of medical facilities and resources, will have to be interred,   
   temporairly, in my Health Resorts, so that we can deal with them there,   
   as I have the staff for dealing with them, and we even have medical   
   facilities for dealing with them at my Epcot Center and Flander's Field   
   House, and we can assist them with their present condition of recovery,   
   from the shock and trauma of living in our society, and in our   
   civilizations, and we stabilize them and bring them back to a tolerable   
   level of brilliance, or normallity as a human baby needs to have to be   
   born into a healthy life and home environement, despite the fact that   
   many people, as children just after my kids shuttle them and imploe   
   them into their new fetal baby body, that is place them into their next   
   human body, they quickly devolve due to the present state of their   
   karmatic makeup, and karmatic markups, and stateful health, the   
   condition of being stabilized well enough to be and feel normal, though   
   again, no sooner do we imploe them into their new human fetal baby   
   body, so that they can rejoin us at a later date, and get another   
   chance at living as a normal human being. However due to their karmatic   
   markups, though life for them will begin relatively normally for them,   
   after we render medical and psychological assistance to them, they   
   inevitably fall into the same old pattern dictated by their karmatic   
   markups, and their karmatic destiny, unless intervention can be   
   asssessed, and given to the individual, while out here, with us. It   
   will take time to prepare the ground work for setting up the medical   
   treatment farms, and facilities, that will have the trained workers who   
   will be able to deal with their medical and psychological needs, but   
   with the medications that I have in my brain, that will awaken people
