   Globally, we need to change and eliminate all of the legislation that   
   bans or hinders or impinges upon or disrupts or causes hindrances to   
   the healthy and wholesome contact for sexual exploitation, the   
   harvesting of sexual energies and the harvesting of human and animal   
   sexually eroticizing spillages that help in the positive and healthy   
   transformation of the mentallity, mental welfare, emotionallity,   
   emotional welfare, psychology, the sound psychological welfare, the   
   psychic welfare, the energies, and the healthy energetical welfare and   
   the subcuraneous healthy environments of the cryipeas and of the   
   healthy environments of the organisms that support healthy cryipeatic   
   environments, as well as all the laws that hinder or impinge upon the   
   exploitation of all that is neccessary for the healthy, sound, and   
   vibrant developement of healthy, sound, and vibrant Ameobeic life forms   
   and their healthy, sound, and vibrant supporting life forms, and all of   
   the healthy, sound, and vibrant derivative life forms supporting the   
   cryipeatic life forms and the sub-cryipeatic life forms and their life   
   environments that need to be maintained in a tuned up, well oiled, and   
   maintained, healthy state and condition of physical, psychical,   
   emotionally latreacle, energeticl, fit, healthy, vibrant, and   
   energistically, emotionally sound, vibrant, and stabilized condition so   
   that we can rise to the highest condition of good, needed, and vibrant   
   health, and sound and vibrant well being, charged up and ready for   
   action, in our day to day, every day lives. We must strike down, first   
   and of formost importance, all laws and statutes that would hinder or   
   impinge upon our exchange for humans with all quadrapeds, bipeds -   
   animal or human - our health inducing health recovering human and   
   animal spillages and brain and nerval systems' recovery and revival,   
   the enabling energies that we need in our bodies and in our brains and   
   nerval systems, to overwhelm and destroy all of the negative and   
   destructive bad kritter populations within and on all of our bodies,   
   and in our air, water, earth, and in all animals, of all kinds, and in   
   all bugs, varmints, and critters of all kinds. And we need those laws   
   erased from the legilative lawbooks, so that we can destroy and recover   
   from all of the contagions that bad kritters or all kinds cause in our   
   brains, bodies, and nerval systems, and in all of the smaller systems   
   and sub supporting systems below, even down to the tinier systems in   
   and on our bodies, our amleonoic nerval and remedilalic support   
   structures, and beyond, downwards. We need all of these and all of the   
   other systems and habitats that we have discussed so far, and that   
   exist within and on our bodies and within and covering our brains, and   
   nerval systems, to be functioning at full peak power, fully energized,   
   well tuned up and oiled, maintained and ready to operate, at any moment   
   of day or night, for us to crush and defeat the dyslexic menace that   
   threatens to destroy our civilization.   
      
   We must erase from the legislative law books, and from the   
   amniosyntithic, man made, synthetic, moralistic creeds, taboos, and   
   statutes of the cultures of all people around this planet and around my   
   universe, all codes and ethics that run contrary to our own body's   
   bio-energizing, life enabling sexual contact and engagement needs with   
   persons of both genders and of all ages, whether young or old, new born   
   infant, or geeky old wheelchair-bound former lover and friend of all of   
   ours, if we are going to successfully overwhelm and destroy the   
   Dyslexic governments and the threats they pose to all human beings. We   
   have to implement new codes, laws, statutes, and ordinances to allow us   
   all to conduct sexual activities with members of both genders, and all   
   of those in between, as well, the "hermaphroditic" crowd, who will also   
   contribute to the stockpile and reserves of energies and healthy   
   spillages, and with persons of any ages. Along with that, we have to   
   erase and wipe out all of the clothes requirments dress code laws,   
   statutes, and ordinances, and allow all citizens, no matter what age   
   they are, dress as they chose to dress, and not as someone else   
   dictates they dress, and undress as they chose to undress, and not as   
   someone else dictates they should undress, and establish a no codes   
   dress code law for all persons, whether at work, at school, at home, at   
   the store, shopping, playing in the park, or at home mowing the lawn,   
   and reading the paper on the patio, and in school studying with the   
   teachers, who are working in the buff, with the students who are   
   studying in the buff, and with the no codes dress code law, which   
   basically states that there are no dress codes, and that people are   
   free to choose what they wish to wear or what they wish to not wear, 24   
   hours a day, in private and in public. We need and require emergency   
   legislation accross the world, in all societies, and in all districts,   
   whether federal, state, county, province, forests, school districts,   
   hamlets, townships, incorporated or unincorporated cities and towns,   
   all the required codes to allow for this new way of life for all,   
   immediately, without delay, so that teachers and students, private   
   citizens and politicians, workers and field hands, all laborers, and   
   all educators, and persons in academic pursuits at all levels and at   
   all ages can freely mingle and exchange human and animal spillages, and   
   human and animal energies, so that we can begin to correct our energie   
   defficiencies and increase our reserves of energies for daily living,   
   through active and passive sexual contact activities with members of   
   both sexes, and with persons of all ages, excluding no one, and begin   
   to correct our inadequate supplies of human spillages, and to correct   
   our unhealthy human spillages, produce healthier and more health and   
   life enriching human spillages, and then to begin to correct our immune   
   systems and their inadequate level of functioning, and their   
   defficiencies which will allow us to survive and overcome the present   
   and future dangers to our private and public health, welfare, and   
   safety, at home, in our schools, and in our offices, and work   
   environments, that the Dyslexic Governments and their dyslexic   
   constituents pose at present and will continue to pose for some time to   
   come. Age does not mean anything, when we understand that we have been
