   Energy is like anything and everything else in my universe. The air is   
   filled with Omelia Bugs, or Air Bugs. Water is full of June Bugs and   
   lots of their friends are called Juniper Bugs. Rocks are filled with   
   all kinds of living bugs, too, and there are so many different types of   
   bugs in rocks and rock crystals, it isn't funny. Energies are not any   
   way different. Why should they be?   
      
   How do we get bugs to increase? We grow them. When we run out of air in   
   a room, we have to let in new Air bugs. When we run out of water in a   
   Jug, we have to fill it up with more Water bugs. It takes a long time   
   to grow water bugs, but they also grow, if we let them and if we   
   provide them with the foods that they need. Air bugs also take a long   
   time to grow, but not as long as water bugs, which take almost nearly   
   as long to grow as some types of rock bugs. Energy bugs also take a   
   while to grow, but not nearly as long as Air Bugs, or Water Bugs, and   
   they can and do grow very fast, indeed, if we do the right things, such   
   as excercise our muscles, and flex our limb muscles, and use our brain,   
   and they can grow very very rapidly. They can grow so fast that we   
   can't even see how fast they grow. Did you know that? You can not even   
   see how fast energy bugs grow, cause they grow so fast, we can't even   
   slow our brains down slow enough to see them growing. Well, if we had   
   slow motion video, we still couldn't see how fast they grow, because   
   they are really hopping, when they are given the right circumstances to   
   grow in.   
      
   What are the right circumstances? Well, you know the little things we   
   call Cryipes and Cryipeas? Some of them grow somewhere in there, amoung   
   the deep down layers below the surfaces of the Crypies, and below the   
   surfaces of the Cryipeas. They grow in special places where they have   
   the energy bursts and energy twists and energy snaps, and energy this   
   and that, to feed them, so that they can get the nourishment that they   
   need to grow real fast, cause when they start growing, they don't stop   
   for a second, and they grow and grow, and just like that, they come   
   popping out, and zip, zip, zip, and zoom, zoom, zoom, there they go,   
   cause nothing ties them down, and they are just zipping out and zooming   
   out, and they have lots of little brothers and little sisters that come   
   zooming out, too.   
      
   Well, growing them, is simple. All we need to do is excercise. After   
   that, they come out with a vengence. But, they may come out real quick,   
   but do they ever hang around for a long time. Once you grow one, or   
   two, there is no telling them that they have to die, or anything else,   
   cause they move so fast, you can't catch them, and even if you chase   
   them, you're not going to be fast enough to catch them, and they'll go   
   zipping and zooming off in every which way direction, and that's the   
   last you'll see of them, cause they don't hang around, and why should   
   they? Nobody says to them, you have to stay here and stay home and baby   
   sit your little brother. No. They just grab their little brother and go   
   zipping off with the whole family. Well, where do they go? That's a   
   good question. They like to cluster together, so they go looking for   
   more of their friends. Well, where are their friends? They are all over   
   the place. They are in every thing and in every body. And they normally   
   just hang around in the numbers that they can squeeze in, and then if   
   there is no more room, which is seldom the case, they find somewhere   
   else to go.   
      
   We are so low on energy kids, that we have almost zero amounts of them   
   in us, and our bodies are limp, and lose, and we are nearly falling   
   over cause we don't have enough of them to keep us all pepped up and   
   cheery and in good health, fighting off all of the bad kritters for us.   
   With more and more energies packed into us, we can fight off so many   
   bad kritters, but we don't have the energies we need, so we can't fight   
   our way out of a wet paper bag or out of a wet piece of lettuce, and we   
   are in deep doo-doo when it comes to this, because all of the bad   
   kritters are just running rampant, and we don't have enough energies to   
   keep our bodies well tuned up and running properly, so that we can   
   naturally fight off all of the bad kritters, and not lose a minute's   
   sleep over it.   
      
   So, our universe is so empty of these little critters, the energy   
   critters, it is pathetic. We think that energy is every where and that   
   we are never going to run out of energy. But that's a lot of phooey.   
   It's nonsense, and if we don't grow enough energy critters to fill up   
   my Universe, soon, we aren't going to be around for very much longer.   
      
   Well, we don't grow rock baby buggies in our bodies, not many anyway,   
   we do grow some, and we don't grow many water baby buggies in our   
   bodies either, and we don't grow many if very many at least, of the air   
   babies, though we might grow one or two, now and then, we don't   
   contribute to the populations of these buggies very much at all.   
      
   Animals all don't contribute to these colonies of buggies, and animals   
   do very little to grow anything. But if they want to, they can grow   
   lots of energy buggies. Their bodies are especially built for growing   
   energy buggies. Did you know that? Animals, the big ones like us, grow   
   energy buggies better than any other living creature in the universe.   
   You know the sun? It is full of energy, too, but that energy is always   
   being used up. There is very little energy being grown in suns, though   
   there are probably lots of scientists who would like to argue that,   
   because, when was the last time you saw a sun do calisthenics? Or a   
   Yoga pull? Or a Aerobic Dance? Hmmm? Well, scientists think they are so   
   smart, but the tiny bits of energy buggies that can be grown in suns,   
   is very minute, and so are the tiny bits of energies that can be grown   
   in magma, even though some scientists might want to say the earth is   
   doing a hoola-hoop dance, but it isn't, and just because there is heat   
   energy, which is one kind of energy, and very limited in use, it is not   
   very much energy, though it is a lot of heat energy buggies, being   
   born, and produced. Heat energies can keep us warm, but they can't keep   
   my universe filled with the energies we humans need to live on, cause
