Wish you'd replied when I last       inquired of Zen and war!              > "Nobel violence"?              Hehe, why not a Nobel Prize for War? After all, even the enlightened       Greeks recognized that "if you want peace, prepare for war."              > "Holy warrior"? Again, more Bushido shite. But I don't think Zen is really a       religion as such. Is it? Anyway, I'm into its philosophy, though its       logical implications are what I've uncovered...of course, "logical       implications" may well be a form of the maya (illusion) that (true,       proper) Zen attempts to pierce past....              Interesting how the real religions of war have fallen to the wayside.       Can this mean that humanity is approaching peace? Or is it simply that       religions of peace are more effective ideologies for states of war??       The devil wins by convincing you he doesn't exist.              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
