Well, I am going back and rewatching TNG from season 1 on..I am up to Season
4 right now. I would say it was a quality show but maybe too "safe"
sometimes. That's the problem with Voyager. It often wanted to take chances
like DS9 but also wanted to be safe, thus it made it just unfocused.
