   Rapidly approaching its 4th year of existence, Hawking Fleet endeavours to   
   offer the PBEM playing community a place where they can have fun, meet new   
   like minded people and take part in an active imaginative sim with others.   
   Following recent growth, we have decided to add further sims to our existing   
   fleet to offer prospective new applicants the chance to apply for the most   
   sought after of positions. (Departmental Head positions are available to   
   those who can demonstrate effective skills).   
      
   For those looking for a new challenge, something different, why not take a   
   look at our new colony sim.   
      
   Carthage Colony and ISOT Alpha. CCISOT is a colony based civilian sim with a   
   mix of Starfleet Special Ops. Set on Dante II. Dante II is in Galorndan   
   Core, near the Romulan Neutral Zone.   
      
   Carthage Colony is an independent civilian colony consisting of three   
   cities, and is a major port colony between the Federation, and the Romulans,   
   and others in the region. You, the player, take on the role of a city   
   citizen. Many positions are available, or create your own. Your limited only   
   by your imagination.   
      
   Hidden in a mountainside facility, set apart from the colony, is ISOT Alpha.   
   A Starfleet Special Operations team dedicated to giving their utmost to   
   protect Federation interests. Equipped with the latest, and greatest in spy   
   technologies, the ISOT team, consisting of 10 elite members, are willing to   
   giving everything to complete their missions.
