   An intriguing point, which I have made myself from time to time, but in   
   that same era, /Analog/ was also printing the Lord Darcy stories. I   
   think Campbell may have felt that, as the quondam editor of "Unknown",   
   the onus was upon him to handle, so to speak, "hard fantasy".
