   Must be things outside Mere Christianity, by definition (yours).  So it's   
   your opinion that people who hold strongly to MC may decide to kill each   
   other about  things -- no, not about *thingss*, about religious questions   
   -- that are outside that central core of belief.  I suppose that's an   
   opinion that could be held.  I have my own opinion about which of us is   
   spinning poor old Jack more dizzily. If he is indeed lurking from   
   Purgatory, I ask his forgiveness in any case.
