   Why are you all doing it? I presume that the first massive cross-post was   
   malicious- was it Steve? I can't see any other reason for it, but there's   
   no reason to continue the vile habit.   
      
   I've kept the newsgroups in this posting because there's no way to tell   
   where all this nonsense is coming from, but I've reset the reply-to the   
   group where I'm receiving it. Why doesn't everybody else do the same? I
