   Pretty obvious that those who spoke in tongues and prophesied did so before   
   water Baptism, and according to the prophecy of John the Baptist.

   kingdom of God, and the name of Jesus Christ, they were baptized, both men   
   and women.   
      
   Act 8:13 Then Simon himself believed also: and when he was baptized, he

   Act 8:14 Now when the apostles which were at Jerusalem heard that Samaria had

   Act 8:19 Saying, Give me also this power, that on whomsoever I lay hands, he   
   may receive the Holy Ghost.   
      
   Act 8:20 But Peter said unto him, Thy money perish with thee, because thou   
   hast thought that the gift of God may be purchased with money.   
      
   Pretty obvious here that Simon the sorcerer saw the evidences of those that   
   believed and totally immersed themselves in Jesus Christ.

   Act 19:6 And when Paul had laid his hands upon them, the Holy Ghost came on

   From the scriptures above to speaks of the evidences of the Holy Spirit   
   within. Now you have heard if you never heard this before, as some above   
   never heard of it, yet they believed that the Messiah had come.

   you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal   
   bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you.

   the flesh.   
      
   Rom 8:13 For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye through the   
   Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live.   
      
   Rom 8:14 For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of   
   God.   
      
   Makes alive you mortal body, did not say the spatial body. “By His   
   wounds we are healed.†
