The thing is down here, if you leave your porch light off, the "Trick or Treaters" won't stop by. It has gotten out of hand the past several years with kids, accompanied by adults, coming by from all over town. With gasoline at $3.17 per gallon for regular, it would be cheaper for them to go to a Wal Mart and buy the Halloween candy, but to them, free is free no matter how much it costs.
