I have a similar issue. The editor behaves differently when I reply to a
netmail than with echomail. If I long press, only a word is selected instead
of the paragraph or block.

Sometimes (only with some netmails), if I select all the text and press
delete, not only the body but also the header fields (from, to, subject) are
deleted.
