Works swell! :-) Works the same no matter where I am as long as I can hit the internet. I have an account at Fidotel for this echo and as a backup for the cooking echo. He, Fidotel, will disappear for days at a time for no apparent reason. I have another account at Waldo's for the cooking echo, but he doesn't carry this one and I've never asked. He'd probably do it if someone asked. I used to go to Doc's Place and download QWK packettes via HTTP but I've lost my userid/password and never asked about getting it reset. I'll send you email and attach a file for your perusal. > I almost envy you but we do have a place on Vancouver Island which we can call > our own and which should keep us reasonably warm. We bought another 5th wheel, an older/bigger one than we already had. It's pretty much permanently parked in Arizona since we bought another car and left it there, think of the RV as a small/cheap condo with water/sewage/trash/groundkeeping/parking/pool/WiFi included in the rent. We fly to/fro Las Vegas and rent a car to get to/fro the airport/RV park (about $60 for the 24hour car rental and drop fee for the one-way rental, a 2 1/2 hour drive but we overnight in Las Vegas before/after the flight). The original 5th wheel, and truck for towing it, are still here in Anchorage. We use them in the summer here in the form of a cabin that we park down in a little place called Funny River from early June through late August. -- One advantage of talking to yourself is that you know at least somebody's listening. -- Franklin P.
