Maybe. But even with a conviction, let's expect something like a $10,000 fine
and 30 days of house arrest or probation.

This guy is friends with Obama, and if that's not enough protection, he's got
a net worth of $1 billion dollars, which is more than enough to pay entire
juries.

I don't wish prison on him. I don't know if he's even guilty of anything. I'm
just pessimistic about celebrities and/or well-connected people facing justice.
