Who knows at this time.  There has been some messaging in recent times. The
Trump administration wants to find out who was behind the auto pen.

They say... They want to look into seeing if those where were in charge of the
pen for EOs, EAs and pardons profited in anyway.  I think "Joe" signed a
couple 1000 pardons in his last day in office.

If Trump came nullify these, for legal reasons,  he can look into some of the
bigger issues that happened during Joe's admin.

I hope this is all exposed... and the people who were using the Auto-Pen with
Joe not having a clue what they were up to...
