I'm not sure which money you are talking about, but wasn't most of it weapons
on stockpile the value of which was more or less "made up"? I mean, Germany
sent some Gepards, which had been out of service for decades. They were too
expensive to operate. The Netherlands sent F16s, because they wanted to
replace them anyways. So what's the value of those?
