So, not being the kind of person who does drugs, I'm confused at the "fentanyl
crisis" I keep hearing about.

For me, if you choose to take a toxic drug and die, well, that was your
decision and it doesn't impact me (well, not in a major way).

But there seems to be an implication that some people are taking fentanyl
without knowing that they are taking it.  How is that possible?
