Americans are tougher than most people so that could explain them voting

Wars end... Well the open killings.  Look at Korea... War "Stopped"... There
are no more open incursions.  There is a demilitarized zone that both sides
"respect".  The Kim family is left to rule the North, like Z does with
Ukraine, and the south does whatever it wants.  The US isn't funding it and no
American's are dieing.

Z could stop the war tomorrow and take his concerns to the UN and work to save
whatever is left of the population.

Or he can do what you want... and millions more will die.
