Lindsay is a political whore.  His loyalties are directly tied to what way the
political winds are blowing.  He's locked into never-ending wars.

Someone needs to do a deep dive into his finances to see if its a financial
motivation or if he's trying to compensate for having a small penis... or
maybe he's got daddy issues.

It needs to be looked into.
