The US has access to all Canadians criminal history at Customs location.

If you drive over the boarder the boarder guard there has direct access and if
you fly in... Sometime you see the custom's agent before you board and
sometime you see them when you enter the US.

None the less US Immigration has access to your Canadian Criminal Record.

BTW, I had a brother, now dead (and don't make one of your comments), who
could not enter the US because of something he did when he was 16 years old.

They refused him even though that was the only infraction in his life.  He
died at ~65 years old without access to the US.

Now, I don't know if Canada cares as much about criminal history as the US
does ...
