IHMO, I think they are moving as fast as possible given the manpower available.

Now that they aren't making it easy for ICE to find them - by "protesting" in a
large group - it's necessairly going to take longer.

Based on how deserted some places are in California now, I'd say things are
working fine.  Hopefully more self-deporters are taking advantage of the
program.


... It's not hard to meet expenses, they're everywhere.
