I'm still a little freaked out about the idea.  But I did the Governor giving
a tour of the facilities yesterday.

They said that they won't need as many guards because of its location.  I'm
still trying to rap my mind around all this.

Ron said that he can now move the Illegals there while freeing up the current
Jail spaces for Normal Criminals <--- His words.

There is also Guantanamo as well... That has been setup for 30,000 people.

Get these hardened criminals out of the country.
