I figure that ICE is going after the problem ones, and picking up some
non-problem ones in the process.  That's one group gone.

The large group who have, or will soon, self-deport are the ones who realized
that the Democrats lied to them and used them.

But we will still have a pretty large group who are hoping to keep their heads
down and be quiet, hoping that they will be missed.  IHMO: I think this island
is mainly an incentive to get them to self-deport too.

Then we are going to have a fight with the Dreamers who don't want to follow
the rules that will be imposed on them.

The island and runway were pre-existing from what I understand.  There was some
other facility there before and they are just reusing what's left.
