The left want to construct these cities that require you to live, work and
play all within a 15 minute radius... U can walk to work, shop for  food and
whatnot all within 15 minutes...

Multiple fires start at the same time... Forest was mismanaged and the
response to the fires were mismanaged.  The state was able to clear out a
section of land to get it ready for the people they want there.

Gavin was talking about high density housing and other such concepts that
model these 15 minute projects.

People can't get a permit to rebuild, and would want to, and they get to scoop
the land up at as discount.
