It's more complicated than that.  Look up "Pocket Veto" for more information.

So it will depend on the law passed.  If signed by auto-pen, then the 10 day
deadline doesn't kick in, so we can probably have the law nullified.

If Sleepy Joe didn't sign any of them, letting the 10 day window expire, it
will be harder to get them nullified since that would require us prove that
Biden was not mentally competent.

At this point, I think that only hardcore Lefties can't see that Biden was not
mentally competent, so the "10 day window" becomes irrelevant since Joe
couldn't review the bill anyway.
