I think that comes from the leaders of the DOJ that Trump appointed want
transparency.  But there's still too many Deep State operatives in the ranks
who block and distract.

Power corrupts and centers of power attract those who crave power.  Our
Founding Fathers tried to set up a system where those who crave power would be
countered by others who crave power.

I would say that the system worked pretty well.  What they didn't take into
account was when the cravers of power worked TOGETHER.
