It's a SLAP lawsuit.  But it's the argument that's interesting.

The Macrons have already lost 2 lawsuits over this very thing, so the Candace
lawsuit isn't going to go anywhere.

Which is why they need to keep doing these lawsuits.  They have to keep people
from real investigation.

They can't admit that she's a trans - because they already sued over that and
lost and they can never be wrong.  Also because they want to keep people from
digging deeper, not realizing that their fight is making people WANT to dig
deeper into what the Macrons are doing.
