The Democrats and the Filibuster you should say!!!!

Recall Senator Democrat Robert Byrd, an X-KKK member, filibustered the 1964
Civil Rights Act... 

The Republicans overcame the filibuster and as a result this was eventually
signed into law.

... Enough votes happened and life moves on to the Current Democrat party.
