Hi Luc.

Mystic does not have an announce feature baked into it's .TIC handling at
present. But it's something that g00r00 (author) will be looking at in the
future. I'm just not sure how far up the TODO list priority it is? I suspect
it's not at the top of the list.

Well I use it for a HUB setup and it passes files to Mystic that it in turn
will import using its built in .TIC processor. Filefix netmails I send to the
HUB via Mystic are also responded to by Allfix. So from that point of view
I'd say it's working ok.
