It is almost the same here, only "-TooOld 365" missing from my conf.

"EchoAreaDefaults -SBkeepAll -dupeCheck move -dupeHistory 31 -b JAM"

I'm not that famimiar with hpt, so I don't know about its dupe detection
mechanism.
