I'm getting .TICs created by "HTick/lnx 1.4.0-sta 16-04-03". Most of them
contain multiple LDesc lines and the last one ends with EOF (^Z).

Allfix thinks that the .TIC file ends there and skips the file.

Since Allfix is dead, maybe this would be fixed in HTick?
