Hey Bob, 20 Apr 04 09:52, you wrote to me: >> >>BS> Of course, and replying to all that manages to get through >>BS> our filters. Ain't SpamAssassin wonderful? :) >> >> Yea but if you have gotten nothing then something is up because >> I've sent E-Mail and Routed netmail both asking for replacement >> keys because of a HDD crash, and it's been over two weeks since my >> first request now. BS> No email or routed netmails from you has been seen here. Have to double check my routings. Strange because I thought You were my uplink's uplink :< >> >> I cannot understand why Spamassassin would kill mail from me to >> bob@nwstar.com, but appearently it has. BS> Are you using your own domaim's sendmail, or a commercial isp? BS> Not using a recognized isp can cause funny problems, you know. And I BS> do keep my SpamAssassin quite tightly tuned, anything tagged as being BS> over 2.1 goes away. Kinda both. I send everything to my MTA (I do not, nor will I ever, use sendmail if I can avoid it, I'm using EXIM, Fwiw), which virusscans everything and forwards it to my ISP's mail server for delivery. 2.1 is VERY tight. I have my trigger level set to 4.5 and it catches 99.9% of SPAM and I get almost no false positives. >> >> At least you're getting this one. Can you crash me or email me the >> .SCS BS> Yes. But you want *me* to pay $$ to send you lost data? Sorry, BS> that's not how it's done here. Any costs should be your's not mine. I was not meaning to crash via POTS :> I meant via either by BinkP, Email, or routed mail. Some free system. I am not asking you to connect to me via POTS Bob. That would be just plain dumb. Why not just E-mail it to me at dan@eglifamily.dnsalias.net. That would work. Or crash to me at 1:3005/3 (BinkP info in the nodelist). -+- Dan --- FMail/Win32 1.60 * Origin: Now Accepting Prisoners!
