Hey Bob, 30 Apr 04 21:19, you wrote to me: >> >> You know, and please don't take offence at this for I promise none >> is intended, if you're really that busy you should look into >> getting someone else to handle registrations for ya. BS> Maybe later this summer. Ok... BS> Anyhow, you were initially advised in the registration notes to BS> make a backup of keys and such, and keep them in a safe place. Why BS> didn't you? As I said earlier. I did. The backup was on a floppy. After the failure I retrieved the floppy from it's storage place, inserted it, and found that the disk had gone bad. Bad sectors all throughout the email and the .SCS file. Completely unrecoverable. BS> Finally, this echo is NOT the proper place for this type of BS> discussion, therefore I will no longer respond to anyone on this BS> subject. My apologies for the off-topic stuff Janis. Thats why I moved it to Allfix_help. Hopefully we can contine it there. -- Dan --- FMail/Win32 1.60 * Origin: Now Accepting Prisoners! Telnet://thedungeon.dnsalias.net (1:311/6) |
