Hopefully you will get your replacement key soon. Being a shareware
author myself, I just can't see what the big deal is. If you still have
your product available for use, then things such as this need to be dealt
with at times. Granted, it isn't like it used to be in the old days of
shareware, but support is support, no matter how you slice it. :(
