On the v5.13 what subversion is it i.e., Windows, Universal, Dos, OS/2 etc?
Ditto as does the file_id.diz mention Wildcat ? Was the original archive 
called AF!_513.ZIP (or .RAR etc)??

If it does specify Wildcat you need to get the normal one for your OS 
platform.
