     Which part?  They aren't generating or you don't know where
     to start?

     You have to first fcomp your dirs if I recall and make
     sure your bbs data can be read by allfix.  Then just
     setup each new file report and go from there.  I have
     a faq that may detail this but let me know which part
     your specifically having problem with.  Configuring leaves
     alot of room to move around :)
