The Synchronet portion of the ALLFiles was not 100% correct. I have been
working with current BBS authors to get the updated file schema's and working
on a complete rewrite of the FCOMP and all of the BBS functions.
I do have some spample Synchronet files that I am using for testing, and so
far, things are progressing.

Because this is a big rerwite, it's effecting a lot of other areas within
Allfix as well, so those areas are also being re-written. Currently, this has
turned into an almost complete re-write of Allfix and all sub programs, as
going from a 16 bit environment to a 32 and 64, a lot of items need to be
reworked.
