Depends on what you want the program to do.  TinyTic will process incoming
tic/files and put them in the correct directory and will also announce.  It
will not reply to a query in FileFind.

right now I'm working with Allfix and htick to see it I can fudge them enough
to work for what I want.  

On a sidenote, you can always ask DM to put an internal tic processor in
Synch.. ;)
