Should find it via file echo FILEMGR.

Failing that I have it on my website so it can be grabbed via http or ftp (via
ifdc/filemgr). See content of area files.bbs

L-C (Lowercase) filenames are linked to the U-C versions.

You can also file request these using filemgr tool via your mailer addressed 
to
filemgr at 2:250/1 so send a msg and wait a minute ot so (have not tested this
process this year though).
