This is possible but it depends on what software and setup your link is using.
Not all filefix's support %resend.

My filefix does support %resend but we would need to link in order for you to
use it. Netmail me if you would like to do that.

You can also log into the BBS (even as guest) and download whatever you like,
or browse and download from the ftp site. I even have a gopher site where you
can download anything in there.. :)
