   After spending over 1 hour on hold to some Call Centre in India, I had a   
   little time to ponder and think. Here's what I thought...   
      
   Would it be possible to jump the call queue using a specific combination   
   of keys on the telephone??? Not sure if it's even possible but just a   
   thought... It's amazing the kind of crap you can think about when you're   
   bored out of your skull.
