   Dude, think about this.   
      
   If you email bomb someone, then it could probably be traced back to your   
   Verizon account the same way I just did, and Verizon could shut down   
   your internet connection for violating their Terms of Service.  You'd   
   end up hurting yourself more than anyone you email bombed.   
      
   Also, if there was a program that could "completely erase whatever is on   
   an hotmail based account" don't you think the Hotmail people would find   
   out about it and make sure it doesn't work?  Let me put it another way,   
   there is no such program, and if there were, it wouldn't work for long.   
      
   If I were you I'd think a little harder about whatever problem it is   
   that you're trying to deal with, and find a more realistic and ethical   
   solution.
