Command.com is a command processor which gets loaded after MS-DOS has
booted. The core of that OS is in the files io.sys and msdos.sys. NT
based systems like XP don't have those other files.

In NT OS's, command.com can be run like any other 16 bit DOS program
under control of the MS-DOS emulation subsystem ntvdm.exe.

What you did was call my contribution "bullshit", which is not true,
and is what I take issue with. You can't boot to MS-DOS with only XP
   installed.

Looks like you are the one having comprehension problems, so you can
take your smartarse remarks and shove 'em where the sun don't shine.
You've also got some learning to do if you think command.com is an
   operating system.
