   Well, lets say you want to surf http://www.oeav-bruckmur.net/, but the   
   proxy server doesn't let you (maybe "oeav" matches an internal filter);   
   just type http://81.88.34.45/ instead (which is www.oeav-bruckmur.net's   
   IP address), and a very naive filter may not complain anymore.
