   Almost impossible, by my knowing.   
   There are some databases available for name to number, you could try the   
   inverse for it.   
   Pulsing or something like that is oldskool, and most of that systems are   
   replaced. You could try to hack your provider, but that is almost impossible   
   and not very clever.   
   Hacking your isp. Hah, that's like killing your bartender. No beer ^^
